The purpose of
this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Culture
Organization of the Employee Performance Pharmacy Generic in the West. This
study uses a quantitative method because of limited population, namely 30
employees Generic Pharmacy in West. Data were collected using a questionnaire
and using a Likert scale to measure respondents who have been tested for
validity and reliability.
In this study,
the method used is multiple linear regression test, t-test, f, validity,
reliability test, test and test multiple determination coefficient of multiple
correlation coefficient (R). Then analysis the data with regression and
correlation with SPSS 21.
The results
showed that the leadership style significantly influence employee performance
in Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy. Organizational culture significantly
influence employee performance in Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy. Leadership style
and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance in
Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy.
