A.    History Of Panji Cell

 "INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES".

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Culture Organization of the Employee Performance Pharmacy Generic in the West. This study uses a quantitative method because of limited population, namely 30 employees Generic Pharmacy in West. Data were collected using a questionnaire and using a Likert scale to measure respondents who have been tested for validity and reliability.

In this study, the method used is multiple linear regression test, t-test, f, validity, reliability test, test and test multiple determination coefficient of multiple correlation coefficient (R). Then analysis the data with regression and correlation with SPSS 21.

The results showed that the leadership style significantly influence employee performance in Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy. Organizational culture significantly influence employee performance in Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy. Leadership style and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance in Bekasi Barat Generic Pharmacy.

KALIBIRU – KULON PROGO


Hello my name is Puji Lestari, i want to tell about “Kalibiru”. Kalibiru is one of the top tourist sites in the sermo reservoir which is the only reservoir in a privileged area of Yogyakarta, Kalibiru travel is the development of their natural attractions Kalibiru. 

History of Nature Kalibiru,  nature was built at the initiative of local forest communities are desirous that the country is still growing forest green, cool, and sustainable.Development of this nature can not be separated from the long process of communityefforts around the forest to recover from forests that once barren and arid. 

Development of natural attractions Kalibiru done as a form of environmental services
 

on the basis of License Utilization of Community Forest for 35 years - 
(effective from 14 February 2008) - obtained groups of forest managers on trust 
given by the Government to communities around the forest that State.
 
One attraction is the natural tourism area of ​​beautiful landscape which is harmony 
between the green expanse of hilly forest with a very spacious with natural scenery
 is very beautiful and charming. The community is also known for friendly, polite, 
has a sense of kinship and mutual cooperation, it still maintains a wide range of 
traditional arts and culture, so as to cause a sense of calm and comfortable for
 anyone visiting the region this nature. 


 
          My experience in kalibiru very interesting with scenery because so many trees and lakes. This is a very interesting thing for me is a kind of tree house that can see the view from here but i did not climb the tree house because a lot of visitors queuing, a little disappointed but i still feel in Kalibiru.

          The air is very cool in Kalibiru. Btw goes to kalibiru the road very rapid and every corner had to take turns with the other car. For price very affordable. This kalibiru in addition to the tourist attraction but a favorite place to photograph prawedding.
